1、Working closely with Cainiao Russia team ,find/analysis product requirement, responsible for PRD and product/system implementation. Meanwhile plan mid-longterm product strategy base on business target and understanding of the market.
2、Deep dive into operation process and information system of each operation sector , including sorting center, TMS, last mile delivery, WMS etc. Provide product solution base on business requirement, pro-actively optimise system function/user experience, improve operation efficiency.
3、Familiar with Russian logistics service market, conduct market survey, design product/system which meets market need.
4、Demonstrated ability to drive product planning, project management, and project deployment in a complex environment. Work closed with technical team, BD/Operation team, bill finance, legal, customer service team etc. Responsible for the project result as product owner.
职位要求
1、3+years of experience on supply chain, e-commerce logistics or internet industry product/system design or business analysis.
2、Familiar with Russia logistics market, last mile delivery or cross-border logistics and related product/system solution. Fluent in Russian,English and Chinese, proficient in two of the above languages, including verbal, reading, and writing.
3、Strong commercial sense and vision, quickly understand business requirement, provide product/system solution, coordinate resources and implement the solution.
4、Strong communication skills, document writing, good presentation skill, ability to work ,coordinate cross team/department. Ability to work under multi-culture environment, under high pressure and tight timelines.
5、Self-learning ,target driven , self-motivated and focus.

职位要求
1、Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, English can be used as working language.

3、Familiar with process and project management experience, with certain data analysis ability is preferred.

Position Brief: it is a regional financial planning & analyst role for business performance improvement, implementation of business strategic initiatives and tactical plans, etc. Key responsibilities:
1、Work with finance leader to represent and oversee all aspects of regional financial reporting and related compliance.
2、Organize to complete the annual regional business budget, track the budget implementation, analyze the input-output effect, and support the rational allocation of business resources.
3、Review and ensure the accuracy and timeliness for monthly closing and reporting packages. Implement and maintain adequate mechanisms and forums for reviews, decision making and escalations with finance and management teams.
4、Complete daily pricing, procurement, contract approval and other related work
5、Evaluate technical accounting considerations relating to new business activities, collaborating with headquarters accounting team and external consultants.
6、Manage all financial policies and compliance procedures for the authorities' requirements.
职位要求
1、Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of experience, previous financial reporting/ finance analysis/audit experience is preferred(in addition with FP&A or BP are advantaged).
2、Strong communication skill is required as the role involves co-ordination cross functions. Strong learning ability and initiative, able to adapt to the rapidly changing business environment.
3、Strong business sense, integrity and decision thinking.a self-starter, being result driven and highly motivated individual, be able to cope with pressure and deliver under tight deadline between conflicting priorities.
4、ACCA / CMA/CIMA or equivalent certifications and knowledge of reporting requirements.
5、Experience in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce is preferred.
6、English proficiency is necessary, speaking Chinese are plus.
